Insurance and Professional Memberships

Smart Rail Services Limited maintains £5M Professional Indemnity Insurance and £5M of Public and Products Liability Insurance. These insurances are provided by Randell Dorling and copies of Insurance Cerificates will be provided to current or potential clients on request.

Quality Management System

Smart Rail Services Limited has a Quality Management Policy a written Quality Management System is currently being developed, in accordance with the principles and requirements of ISO9001:2008. Once this has been completed the requirements for formal accreditation to the standard will be reviewed and if appropriate accreditation will be sought.

Drugs and Alcohol Policy

Smart Rail Services Limited has a formal Drugs and Alcohol policy, in line with the industry requirements. Due to the nature and size of the organisation, random Drugs and Alcohol testing is not feasible, however all Smart Rail Services employees and associates will be subject to any random testing as might occur whilst working on client's sites.
